Cameron Wickham
Exec. Vice Chair & CEO
Cameron is a seasoned executive with over a decade of experience spanning the nicotine vape, cannabis, gaming, and consumer finance sectors. He has led multiple issuers in Canada and the United States through complex going public transactions, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings. Cameron has extensive experience managing public companies, including leading corporate finance, audit and legal teams. Cameron started his career in investment banking after obtaining his Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.
Christina Pan
Chief Operating Officer
Christina has over 10 years of experience in retail, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) and CPG (Consumer Package Goods). Since September 2019, Christina has been leading all operations of 180 Smoke. In 2018, Christina joined the cannabis sector as a key member of Origin House’s (acquired by Cresco Labs Inc. – CSE:CL) corporate development team where she spearheaded transaction, due diligence and integration for all retail and marketing related assets. Christina has also held various strategy, operations and marketing positions at Tim Hortons and Revlon Cosmetics. Christina graduated with a HBA and MBA from Ivey Business School.
Ankit Gosain, CPA, CA, CFA
Chief Financial Officer
Ankit is a highly experienced professional with over a decade of experience in providing business advisory, accounting and corporate strategy services to a variety of industries including cannabis, technology, pharmaceutical, real estate and natural resources. Ankit has helped numerous public companies in resolving complex accounting issues and implementing systems to address corporate governance, regulatory and reporting requirements. Ankit has assisted companies in going public transactions through CPCs and reverse takeovers. Ankit obtained his CPA, CA designation and his CFA Charterholder after graduating from Western University and has experience working in national and international accounting firms in Canada.
Daniel Pelchovitz
Director, CEO of Cannabis Division
Daniel was the founder of Spyder Vapes Inc. which was acquired by the Company through a reverse takeover transaction completed in May 2019. In addition to launching Spyder Vapes, Daniel has been involved in several vape shop and cannabis store launches. With over eight years of experience in the vape industry, Daniel has cultivated a loyal following of customers and has built strong and lasting relationships with many of the largest manufacturers in the business. Since 2019, Daniel has led the Company’s cannabis operations.
Mark Pelchovitz
Exec. Chair
Mark is a partner at Truster Zweig LLP where his practice focuses primarily on accounting, auditing, and tax planning in a wide range of fields, including real estate, software development, travel, professionals and the automotive industry. Mark is a CPA, CA, LPA and a BBA, and a graduate of Schulich School of Business.
Steven Glaser
Director, Chair of Audit Committee
Steven is a financial service executive with a diverse background in corporate finance, communications and governance for private and public companies. He is currently Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and a Director at Pool Safe Inc. (TSXV: POOL), a company that designs, develops and distributes a product known as the “LounGenie”.
Marc Askenasi
Director
Marc has founded numerous companies, orchestrated transactions with and has acted as a consultant to both private and public companies across an array of sectors including: advertising, marketing media, publicity, government, gaming (lottery and casino), telecommunications, healthcare, mining exploration, restaurants and hospitality. Marc is the Founder and President of Pi Co., one of the fastest growing quick service restaurant franchises in Canada.
